Current Openings

The Electrician position is responsible for installing complex electrical equipment, automated machines, controls, panels, relays, circuit breakers, lighting, communication systems, and alarms.  This position will work closely with electrical contractors to ensure all installation and fabrication meets required specifications as directed by company policy and the customer. 

Essential Job Functions

  • Ensure safety by observing the local, state, and national electrical-code regulations.
  • Must be able to understand technical documents, such as wiring schematics.
  • Strong understanding of VFD’s and PLC’s.
  • Perform work on voltage up to 480 volts safely.
  • Cut, bend, thread and hang conduit. 
  • Pull, label and terminate wire and cabling for power and control circuits.
  • Install lights, power, electronic, and control circuits as needed.
  • Maintain housekeeping of work site areas. 
  • Complete tasks, work orders, and projects as assigned and regularly meets deadlines. 
  • Update the project team of electrical progress timely and regularly.
  • Design tooling and fixtures as required to meet custom needs.
  • Troubleshoot defective electrical parts.
  • Utilize PLC skills to trouble shoot equipment related issues.
  • Wire control panels as needed.
  • Energize electrical panels, verify power on instrumentation, determine whether I/O (Input/Output) is landed according to the I/O list, and verify instrumentation is operating within design tolerances as part of PFAT (Pre-Factory Acceptance Testing). 
  • Redline electrical schematics according to as-built function.
  • Use of hand tools and machinery is required.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve all electrical issues.
  • Coordinate with area supervisors regarding work which is being conducted on equipment which might impact safety and/or production.
  • Lead and collaborate with electrical contractors on site.
  • Collaborate with Electrical Engineers to ensure fabrication meets the designed function. 
  • Must maintain arc flash and LOTO training. 
  • Use of organizational and planning techniques to maximize productivity and efficiency of personnel.
  • All other duties as assigned. 
  • Driver’s license required.
  • Travel to customer locations including international travel could be up to 15% as required by the project.
  • The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
  • Regular, in-person attendance due to necessary teamwork and personal interactive nature of this position.
  • Overtime is a mandatory condition of employment in this position.

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Three (3) to five (5) years’ previous experience in manufacturing, maintenance, and/or electrical required. 
  • Electrical journeyperson’s license preferred

Base Compensation Range: $29.57 - $44.35 hourly. 

Variable Compensation Range: Incentive bonus eligibility up to 10% of gross annual salary base on company performance (as of 2024).

The Lead Electrician is responsible for the assembly, quality control, and troubleshooting of company electrical products/equipment. This position requires travel to customer locations, providing installation oversight, supervision of field coworkers, technical support, resolving issues and ensuring the optimal performance of products and equipment. The Lead Electrician is responsible for customer satisfaction through direct contact with our customers to support and satisfy their specifications. This position will work closely with electrical contractors to ensure all fabrication and installation meets required specifications as directed by company policy and customer requirement.

Essential Job Functions

  • Responsible for performing electrical tasks and work on voltage up to 480 volts safely.
  • Responsible for cutting, bending, threading and hanging conduit. 
  • Responsible for pulling, labeling and terminating wire and cabling for power and control circuits.
  • Responsible for installing lights, power, electronic, and control circuits.
  • Responsible for maintenance of housekeeping of work site areas. 
  • Responsible for the care and maintenance of tools, tool boxes and calibrated diagnostic tools.
  • Responsible for wiring control panels as needed.
  • Collaborate with Electrical Engineers to ensure fabrication meets the designed function. 
  • Update the project team of electrical progress timely and regularly.
  • Design tooling and fixtures as required to meet custom needs.
  • Responsible for energizing electrical panels, verifying power on instrumentation, determining whether Inputs/Outputs (I/O) is landed according to the I/O list, and verifying instrumentation is operating within design tolerances as part of PFAT (Pre-Factory Acceptance Testing). 
  • Responsible to redline electrical schematics according to as-built function and submit for correction.  Verify correction(s) once complete.
  • Lead and collaborate with electrical contractors on site 
  • Use of organizational and planning techniques to maximize productivity and efficiency of personnel.
  • Time keeping and time approval of electrical contractors.
  • Responsible for coordinated resources needed for field work activities including both company and job site personnel and equipment 
  • Provide job site oversight including supervision of field coworkers, delivery, setting and installation of equipment.
  • Responsible for facilitating communication between the job site personnel and the responsible company Project Manager to ensure that objectives are aligned.
  • Provide safety oversight for site activities including the oversight of both Company and site personnel.
  • Provide onsite technical assistance to customers which includes but is not limited to new machine site acceptance testing, start-up commissioning, customer training, service contracts, warranty and billable work.
  • Responsible for making travel arrangements (rental car, airfare and hotel accommodations) utilizing the company travel policy.
  • Perform job site evaluations of equipment for customer and/or business unit.
  • Train and mentor lower skilled technicians/electricians as needed.
  • Obtain and maintain current OSHA 30 certification at a minimum.
  • Obtain and maintain current safety training certifications and licenses, such as LOTO (Lockout Tagout), Motorized Equipment (forklift, aerial lifts), PPE (personal protective equipment), Fall Protection, etc.
  • Maintain arc flash and LOTO training. 
  • Travel to customer locations including international travel will be 75% minimum and up to 90% peak demands.
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
  • Ensure safety by observing the local, state, and national electrical-code regulations.
  • Ensures lessons learned applied to future efforts.

  • Five (5+) years’ experience in electrical and mechanical theory and diagnosis preferred.

Base Compensation Range: $33.71 - $50.56 per hour 

Variable Compensation Range: Incentive bonus eligibility up to 10% of gross annual salary base on company performance (as of 2024).

The Lead Engineer provides guidance and direction on process and structural engineering analysis, calculations and design of all specialized and Engineered to Order (ETO) products.

This position will oversee all project direction from an engineering perspective as well as analyze and provide solutions to challenges. This position will provide guidance and training to all other engineers throughout the organization.  The Lead Engineer supervises, supports, trains and develops other engineers or technically disciplined coworkers.

Essential Job Functions

  • Responsible for coaching, teaching, and supervision of assigned personnel.

  • Provide on-site leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals while adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones.  
  • Responsible for the performance management (hiring, development, discipline, termination) of direct reports while collaborating with Human Resources.
  • Responsible for building and maintaining business relationships, which includes working with all levels of the organization.
  • Work cross-functionally with others and lead meetings to determine needs, evaluate project progress, troubleshoot challenges, and execute according to the assigned to project.   
  • Assess current team capabilities and identify skill gaps. Lead the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of engineering personnel to meet project demands. Provide mentorship, training, development, and succession planning for engineering staff.
  • Provide mechanical engineering analysis and specification (e.g. process, structural).
  • Performs and/or monitors the preparation of design output (e.g. drawings, datasheets, specs.).
  • Performs and/or monitors the review of design output to assure project requirements are fulfilled.
  • Performs and/or monitor the preparation and quality of engineering output (e.g. ASME calculation reports, support reactions, process estimates, specifications).
  • Develop and communicate plans for project execution.
  • Establish and maintain document control procedures.
  • Oversee transition and assignment of new projects to direct reports.
  • Support and troubleshoot assembly and testing processes as they relate to design manufacturability and functionality.

  • Professional Engineering License is required.
  • Obtain and maintain a Certificate of Engineer of Responsible Charge per ASME Section VIII Division 1 for two or more scope activities as applicable.
  • Minimum of seven (7) or more years of experience in a process and structural engineering related field is required.

Base Compensation Range: $121,990 - $208,667 annually
