Current Openings

The General Manager position requires a senior level leader who is strategic, highly collaborative, and influential. This position is responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of one or more business units. This position is also responsible for strategic planning and goal setting, creating and maintaining budgets, management and accountability of employees, forecasting, and operational success. 

 

Essential Job Functions

  • Responsible for coaching, teaching, and supervision of assigned personnel.
  • Responsible for effective employee relations. Initiates and is proactive with employee coaching and development. Resolves employee issues through identifying problems and resolutions. 
  • Provide on-site leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals while adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones.  
  • Responsible for the performance management (hiring, development, discipline, termination) of direct reports while collaborating with Human Resources.
  • Responsible for building and maintaining business relationships cross-functionally throughout the organization. 
  • Manage and execute presentations to the Board of Directors as required.
  • Collaboratively partner with Marketing and Business Development to develop and execute strategic growth plan for supported business units.
  • Develop and execute strategic semi-annual and annual planning collaboratively with team(s) directly managed.
  • Develop and execute annual budget and forecasting as required for supported business units. 
  • Oversee and execute daily operational profits and losses, material costs, productivity efficiencies, warranty, staffing, etc.
  • Oversee and execute safety performance and drive improvements continuously.
  • Execute project timelines, scope, and objectives.
  • Lead and execute continuous improvement events within the team managed and cross-functionally throughout the organization. 
  • Collaborate and mentor other mid to senior level managers throughout the organization as needed.
  • Lead and support Great Game of Business and Open Book Management programs through huddle meetings and strategic planning. 
  • Manage and ensure a high degree of customer service to include timely processing of customer requests for quotations, prompt return of customer inquiries and needs, professional handling of customer complaints and prompt handling of all orders. 
  • Domestic and international travel up to 20% of the time.
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

Base Compensation Range: $140,702 - $240,674 annually

Variable Compensation Range: Incentive bonus eligibility up to 10% of gross annual salary base on company performance (as of 2024).

We are currently looking for a Production Supervisor to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for supervising shop employees in a manufacturing and assembly environment. This position plans and assigns work, implements company policies and procedures and recommends improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures and safe working conditions.

Essential Job Functions

  • Promote a culture that emphasizes safety for all production activities. Perform investigations and hold employees accountable for safety violations.

  • Accomplish manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Communicate with Production Planning daily to assure adequate maintenance of proper inventory levels, delivery schedules, and production needs.  
  • Track absenteeism, corrective action, and timekeeping.
  • Organize, plan and prioritize work.  Develop specific plans to accomplish required work. Plan and establish work schedules, assignments, & production sequences to meet production goals.
  • Regular, in-person attendance due to the necessary teamwork and personal interactive nature of the position.

The Manufacturing Engineering Technician is responsible for developing, designing, implementing and managing tooling, processes, and procedures. Training of all personnel on improvements or implementation of tooling, processes, and procedures is key. This position is also responsible for project management that may include large capital expenditures or cost saving initiatives that impact safety, maintenance, quality, on time delivery (OTD), efficiency and inventory. This position will support operations for all types of continuous improvement activities.

 

Essential Job Functions

  • Design, justify, implement, and manage capital projects including machine and fixturing purchases, shop floor layout designs, material handling equipment, product troubleshooting, etc. 
  • Train all personnel on improved or new tooling, processes, or procedures via hands on or through presentation. 
  • Develop training materials as required.
  • Utilize key metrics and improve processes to achieve goals established on those metrics. Metrics may include safety, quality, OTD, efficiency, cost savings, EBT, etc. 
  • Use real time problem solving tools to implement root cause solutions surrounding safety, quality, OTD, productivity, efficiency, cost savings, etc. 
  • Support new product development and ETO projects ensuring successful manufacturability. 
  • Perform all layout and estimating needs as required. Main duties will include general maintenance of layouts as continuous improvement takes place.
  • Utilize scorecard performance and key metrics to prioritize efforts on tasks and projects. 
  • Oversee 5S efforts of assigned area(s).
  • Collaborate and build relationship with Planners and Engineering to maintain routers in JDE to support accurate costing and profitability.
  • Collaborate and build relationship with sales and marketing to develop new product offerings in a research and development capacity. 
  • Ability to travel (up to 25%) both domestic and international.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license

The Production Supervisor position plans and directs all manufacturing duties for a business unit including the direct supervision of hourly employees.  This position is responsible for the safety of their team and quality and efficiencies of the product.  The Production Supervisor plans and assigns work, enforces company policies and procedures, drives continuous improvement, and mentors and develops hourly employees.
