1. Go to my.paulmueller.com
2. Click on the “Request Access” button in the top right corner.
3. Fill out the form with the title “Request Access” on the right then click the “Register” button.
4. Go to your email inbox and look for an email with the subject line “Confirm Your Email.” Click the link within to confirm your email addres.

At this point, you’ve done all you need to do the register for an account on My Mueller! To ensure the security of your company’s information, your dedicated salesperson will review the information you submitted and set up your account.

It may take up to 1-2 business days to set up your account with the proper records. When your account has been set up, we will send you an email to let you know that you can log in at your convenience. If you registered for a My Mueller account more than 1-2 business days ago and have not received an email letting you know your account was set up, please send an email to your dedicated salesperson or components@paulmueller.com.

1. Go to my.paulmueller.com
2. Click on the “Log In” button in the top right corner.
3. Fill out the form with the title “Sign In” on the left side of the page then click the “Sign in” button.

If you registered for a My Mueller account more than 1-2 business days ago and have not received an email letting you know your account was set up, please send an email to your dedicated salesperson or components@paulmueller.com.

1. Go to my.paulmueller.com
2. Click on the “Log In” button in the top right corner.
3. At the bottom of the “Sign In” box on the left, click the “Forgot your password?” link.
4. Enter the email address associated with your My Mueller account in the box and click the “Next” button.
5. Go to your email inbox and look for an email with the subject line “Password Reset.” Click the link within to confirm your reset your password.
6. Enter your new password into both boxes on that page and click the “Submit” button.
7. Click the “Log In” button and sign in using the “Sign In” form on the left side of the page.

There are multiple ways to find the details for a specific purchase order, and you can use any method you prefer! By default, purchase orders are arranged in descending order (most recent order first) by date, but you can also arrange your orders by sales order number or purchase order number in descending and ascending order.

1. Log in to your My Mueller account.

2. Method #1: Search for your purchase order number using the search box on the right side of the page directly above the table.

   Method #2: Go to the next page in the table by using the page selector directly beneath the table on the right side of the page.

   When searching for an order, we recommend using the sales order number given to you by your dedicated salesperson. If you don’t have your sales order number, you can still search for an order using your purchase order number; however, for large orders with many different purchase order numbers, you may not be able to locate the order by searching with a purchase order number.

3. After you have found your order, click anywhere on that line in the table to view your order details.

1. Log in to your My Mueller account.
2. Locate the order using your purchase order number or sales order number. Click on the line corresponding to the order.
3. Locate the table containing line item records on the right side of the page near the top.
4. Locate the line item you wish to view within the table. Line items will be in the same order as they are on the sales order you received from your salesperson. A description is also available to help you determine the correct line item.
5. Once you have located the line item you wish to view, click on the corresponding line in the table.

1. Log in to your My Mueller account.
2. Locate the order pertaining to the documents using your purchase order number or sales order number. Click on the line corresponding to the order.

3. Method #1: If you need paperwork for the entire order, locate the section labeled “Documents” directly beneath the line item table. Click on the links that say “All Quality Documents” and “All Shipping Documents” to download the documents for the entire order.

   Method #2: If you only need paperwork for one line item, click on the line item in the table and locate the section labeled “Line Item Documentation.” Click on the links that say “Quality.pdf” and “Shipping.pdf” to download the documents for that specific line item.

Tracking numbers are available on the customer portal, but we have implemented an easier solution for you, our valued customer. You now have access to one-click shipment tracking through My Mueller. Below, we will cover how to use one-click shipment tracking as well as how to find your tracking number in My Mueller.

Tracking numbers are not yet available for replacement part orders and manway orders. Please contact your sales representative to retrieve your tracking number or email components@paulmueller.com to find out when your shipment will arrive.

1. Log in to your My Mueller account.
2. Locate the order pertaining to the shipment you would like to track and click on the line corresponding to the order.
3. In the line item table, click on any of the links that say “Shipped: Tracking” on the right side of the table. This will take you to a page on the carrier’s website that has details about your shipment location and arrival.

Due to some carriers tracking systems, we are unable to implement one-click tracking and/or display a tracking number. If this is the case with your shipment a tracking link will not appear on that order. Please contact your dedicated salesperson for more information about your shipment.

1. Log in to your My Mueller account.
2. In the blue bar at the top of the page, click the button labeled “Manage Account.”
3. Make any necessary changes to your information using the fields on the “My Account” page. After updating your contact information, make sure to click the “Save Changes” button at the bottom of the box. After typing your new passwords, make sure to click the “Change password” button at the bottom of the box.
